With proper care, our grip socks are designed to last for months. Their longevity depends on how often you wear them, the type of activity, and how you care for them.

High-intensity sports (soccer, tennis, basketball, etc.): The grip performs at its best for around 6 months. You may notice some wear after this, but most customers find the grip remains effective for up to 1 year.

Low-intensity activities (yoga, pilates, barre, etc.): The grip can maintain peak performance for up to 1 year with regular use.

To keep your grip socks performing their best, machine wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle, and avoid using fabric softeners or bleach. Air dry flat and do not tumble dry, as heat can damage the grips and elasticity. Avoid ironing or dry cleaning.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel or update details such as size, colour, quantity, or delivery address. Once you’ve received a tracking email, the order has been fulfilled and can no longer be changed.

If your item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, you may be eligible for an exchange or return in the case of an incorrect or defective product.
